‘Sadhna’, A Women’s Handicraft Enterprise and member of FTF-I working with the rural, tribal, urban slum women of Udaipur providing work opportunities to almost 700 women of that area have taken a great step for the consumers. Sadhna has recently launched an online store to make shopping easier for the customers.
Now the products made by these women can be purchased online with the easiest payment mode for the convenience of the customers. With the complete support and response from the buyers Sadhna has taken this step to make things easy from customers end and to fulfill the present day demand.
Sadhna’s artisans create exquisite and exceptional textile products with their signature handwork and appliqué kurta, saarees, home furnishing and accessories. All the products sold by Sadhna hold the authentic ‘Craftmark’ certification.
Sadhna was started operating in 1988 with 15 women, and today Sadhna has proudly become a family of 700 members. There are 49 groups with 10-20 members in each group, which are spread over 16 different locations in the city. Sadhna continuously organizes training sessions for the women artisans to improve their skills and support them in the state of Rajasthan.
Sadhna is a WFTO certified member as well.
