Integrated Development Trust (IDT)
FTFI is happy to welcome our new member Integrated Development Trust (IDT), based in Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. IDT is an N.G.O. which gives support, formation and work to women from rural areas of Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. With the help of IDT project, more than 250 women gets benefitted, who are suffering from physical or intellectual disabilities.
IDT, founded in the year 2001, is an N.G.O. which gives support, formation and work to Indian disadvantaged women from rural areas of Anantapur District in Andhra Pradesh.
IDT works to assist and cover the essential needs of artisans by providing food, clothing, medicines, medical treatment, hospital assistance, orphanage, rehabilitation centre and housing facilities to them.
IDT is always very much concerned and aware of the importance of good working conditions for the beneficiaries and continuously works for the improvement at the centre for the welfare of the artisans.
IDT works in crafts designing, fashion jewelry, jute products, recycled papers and eco-Crafts (beetle tree dry leaves). Trust not only intends achieve business fairness and assures no exploitation, but also makes a great effort and working for the community, fighting against discrimination and believing in a social change.
